Although amateur, I’m a strong believer in the insights afforded by making. Since 2025 I have been attending ceramics classes taught by Jeremy Peake in Cambridge. A few of the things I’ve made are pictured here. I am by no means expert, but gaining a basic understanding of slip trailing, slab building and the trials of throwing has been very enriching for my collections based research.
